How long does it take for me to receive the items I ordered?

Accepted Answer

All MFG in-stock items typically will process and ship in 24–48 hours. It usually takes 3-5 business days to receive your order once it has shipped. MFG’s who offer a quick ship program typically processes and ship in 14-21 business days and it usually takes 3-7 business days to receive your order once it has shipped. For orders that are (MTO) made to order it takes 8-10 weeks to produce and usually takes 3-7 business days to receive your order once it has shipped.
 
Please note MSSE can only forecast shipment based on the information given by the MFG. If your order is in fact delayed, we will make every effort to relay that information to you directly.

Do you have a showroom where I can see the products you offer?

As of today the only showroom MSSE has access to is the Takara Belmont Showroom which is located about 30 miles outside of Charlotte NC. This showroom is available by appointment only. Contact MSSE to setup an appointment and come experience for yourself the latest in salon furnishings.

What type of warranty do you offer?

MSSE partnership with its MFG’s are some of the best in the industry. Though each one is unique in what they offer, their warranties do vary. What doesn't vary is MSSE commitment in honoring each of those MFG warranties. For more information on the specifics of our MFG’s warranties contact MSSE.
